We act on behalf of BOTH parties and therefore will give both sound advice. Renting direct from a Landlord can be problematic for both sides.

TERMS

IMPORTANT: In order that you comply with our requirements you must be able to supply references, allow a credit search to be carried out, allow a standing order to be set up at your bank account, and be aware that you are responsible for any council tax, gas, water electricity and telephone charges as applicable for the duration of your tenancy.
