Property Description
The first floor apartment in a delightful low rise complex in beautiful Cabo Roig, is serviced by a lift and stairs. Right on the sea front, the complex boasts a private three large pool and Jacuzzi area, landscaped gardens, grass play areas and flood lit tennis courts.
The two bed apartment is very well equipped with spacious accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, air con, heating. satellite TV. stereo with tape/radio/cd player, large south facing balcony outside the lounge and main bedroom. Steps from the balcony lead up to the large private roof area (solarium) with table and chairs, sun loungers and swing seat and views to die for!
The bathroom has floor to ceiling marble with bath, shower, toilet & bidet. Bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.
Steps down to the sea, small coves, beaches and rock pools are one minute from the complex, nearest main beach is ten minutes walk.
The apartment and area would suit families or couples and is wheelchair accessible.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province Region
Cabo Roig is on the Orihuela Costa, about 10km south of the lively town of Torrevieja with its street market, water park, nature parks, extensive shopping, restaurants and bars. It has a large marina and several large beaches.
Beautiful Mar Menor to the south is well worth a visit, its the largest natural lagoon in europe and is ideal for safe bathing and numerous watersports and is fringed with golden sands.
There are three championship golf courses within fifteen minutes drive : Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin.

Cabo Roig Area
Cabo Roig in southern Costa Blanca is still relatively quiet, especially out of holiday season.
The promenade, twenty meters from the swimming pool, runs for around 500 metres right along the sea front and makes for a wonderful short walk.
The uncrowded beaches are beautiful, clean and safe around the Cabo Roig area and easily accessible.
The 'strip' with many bars and restaurants is a one minute walk from the apartment block.
Other attractions in the area include a go cart track, watersports, coastal walks and shopping.

How To Get There
The apartment is serviced by two airports, Murcia/San Javier (the nearest) in the south and Alicante to the north.
Airlines that fly to these airports include BA, Ryanair, Easyjet and Monarch amongst others.
There are too many car hire companies to list but would suggest searching on the Internet for a wide range that should suit every requirement.
